(“Ares” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ARS) (OTC:ARSMF)\n(FRA:N8I1), is pleased to announce the Company has commenced\npreliminary planning for its second proposed mine site on its\nconsolidated Spor Mountain fluorspar claims area.\n \n \n The Company has identified the historic Bell Hill mine area as the\nmost suitable site for an advanced mining operation, which is\nanticipated to operate concurrently with the Lost Sheep mine. The Bell\nHill mine area exhibits several unmined fluorspar pipes identified by\nthe USGS which appear at surface and appear to have continuity of\nfluorspar extending to depth. Exploration drilling will commence in\nthe first quarter of 2021, which will inform an updated mine plan and\noutline the expanded operation. Sampling from the Bell Hill Claims has\ndemonstrated high-grade fluorspar, further evidencing the uniformity\nof the high-grade fluorspar exhibited throughout the Spor Mountain\nrange.\n \n \n Fluorspar’s classification as a Critical Mineral in the United\nStates translates to a faster permitting period, enabling mining\noperations to initiate more quickly than operations for conventional\nminerals.\n \n \n \n James Walker, President and CEO of the Company said,\n“We are very fortunate to have so many sites within our claims that\noffer the potential for further mining operations. The Bell Hill\nclaims demonstrate several tightly located fluorspar pipes, offering\nan extensive source of feed for processing. Upon initiating operations\non the Bell Hill claims the Company will seek to increase its\nprocessing and refining capacities to achieve greater outputs of its\nfinal fluorspar products.”\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n Summary Ares Mining land position,\nvolcanic breccia pipes and prioritized targets.
