(the “Company”) (CSE:ARS) (OTC:ARSMF)\n(FRA:N8I1), is pleased to announce that the Company has concluded\nnegotiations and signed a purchase agreement for a 50-acre,\nindustrially zoned, manufacturing site, for its upcoming fluorspar\nprocessing operation. The property is located in Delta, Utah, the\nclosest city to the Company’s fluorspar mine and claims.\n \n \n \n \n The new property is already fitted with utilities, and\npossesses its own water well, reducing reliance on local water\nnetworks. The facilities will be able to locate both Ares’ lumps and\nflotation plants, and house a large tailings facility for the coming\ndecade. The property is connected directly to its mine and claims\nthrough highways and heavy industrial roads, requiring no\ninfrastructure upgrades outside of the facility to receive material.\n \n \n \n \n The Company will now deliver to its new site all its\npurchased plant and equipment, and begin the installation of its\nprocessing facilities.
