(“Ares” or the “Company”) (TSXV:ARS)\n(OTC:ARSMF) (FRA:N8I1), is pleased to announce the SEDAR filing of a\nNational Instrument 43-101 (\"NI 43-101\") compliant updated\nTechnical Report on its Spor Mountain Fluorspar Project, located near\nDelta, Utah.\n \n \n \n \n The Technical Report with an effective date of\nSeptember 17, 2021 titled \"Technical Report on The Lost Sheep\nFluorspar Property, Juab County, Utah, U.S.A.\" was SEDAR filed on\nSeptember 28\n \n \n th\n \n \n , 2021 and was prepared in accordance with National\nInstrument 43-101 - \"Standards of Disclosure for Mineral\nprojects\". The submitted Technical Report is an update of a\nformer Technical Report titled \"Technical Report on the Lost\nSheep Property\" dated June 30th, 2019.\n \n \n \n \n The Technical Report summarizes the geological setting,\nmineralization, exploration activities, metallurgical work,\npermitting, claims, geophysics, conceptual mining and processing\nmethods, plant designs, and other works carried out by the Company on\nthe Property.
