The plant is a large 3-storey\nfacility, which will be the only one of its kind in North America. The\nplant was shipped from Asia and was routed through Long Beach,\nCalifornia.\n \n \n Ares’ strategic partner in Asia, the Mujim Group, has committed to\nprovide labor and expertise for the installation and optimization of\nthe plant. Mujim has already commissioned several fluorspar mining\noperations in Asia, most notably in Thailand and Laos, and have agreed\nto share their expertise and experience to assist Ares commence\noperations as efficiently as possible. Mujim’s Executive Chairman,\nMr. Bob Li, will oversee the installation and initial production, and\nwill be appointed as the Chief Technology Officer for the plant\ncommissioning.\n \n \n \n Industrial manufacturers, both international and\ndomestic, have expressed considerable interest in the product and are\ncurrently in negotiations with the Company to develop contracts for\nfuture purchases of the metallurgical fluorspar lumps.
