(the\n“Company”) (CSE:ARS)\n \n \n (CNSX:ARS.CN)\n \n \n (OTC:ARSMF) (FRA:N8I1),\nis pleased to announce that the Company’s plant equipment and steel\nhas arrived at its new industrial site in Delta, Utah. The plant is a\nlarge 3-storey facility, which will be the only one of its kind in\nNorth America. The plant equipment and steel, involving 11 shipping\ncontainers, were shipped from Asia and was routed through Long Beach,\nCalifornia.\n \n \n \n \n Ares’ strategic partner in Asia, the Mujim Group, has\ncommitted to provide labor and expertise for the installation and\noptimization of the plant. Mujim has already commissioned several\nfluorspar mining operations in Asia, most notably in Thailand and\nLaos, and have agreed to share their expertise and experience to\nassist Ares commence operations as efficiently as possible. Mujim’s\nExecutive Chairman, Mr. Bob Li, will oversee the installation and\ninitial production, and will be appointed as the Chief Technology\nOfficer for the plant commissioning.\n \n \n \n \n Industrial manufacturers, both international and\ndomestic, have expressed considerable interest in the product and are\ncurrently in negotiations with the Company to develop contracts for\nfuture purchases of the metallurgical fluorspar lumps.
