The Company encourages its shareholders to vote in\nadvance of the 2021 AGM using the Voting Instruction Form or the Form\nof Proxy included with the mailed meeting materials. Shareholders are\nreminded that proxies must be received by 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on\nMonday, July 5, 2021.
