Re Lifting of Suspension

Aram Resources PLC 3 November 2000 ARAM RESOURCES PLC ('Aram' or 'the Company') 3 NOVEMBER 2000 RESOLUTION OF BANKING ARRANGEMENTS AND LIFTING OF SUSPENSION Further to the announcement on 1 November 2000 the Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded discussions with its bankers regarding the extension of its facilities and the Company is today releasing its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2000. Accordingly the Directors have requested that the London Stock Exchange permit trading in the Company's shares on the Alternative Investment Market to be resumed. It is expected that such trading will resume at 7 am on 6 November 2000.
