ARCT-021 has the potential to be an effective and safe vaccine for COVID-19 with a differentiated profile characterized by a very low dose, and a single shot administration. We have also continued to advance our Phase 1 ARCT-810 clinical study in healthy volunteers. ARCT-810 is being developed for ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency, a serious disease with limited treatment options.
