("AFS" or\n the "Company") (TSXV: AFX) announced today that it recorded total\n revenue of $833,683 for the period ending March 31, 2011, up 54%\n compared to $540,750 for the same period of 2010. For the first quarter\n of 2011, the Company had a loss of ($16,609) compared to a loss of\n ($63,412) in the three months ended March 31, 2010. The Company is now\n preparing its financial statements for the first quarter, including\n comparative results showing the effects of the transition to IFRS\n reporting.\n\n\nJim Perry, President and CEO of AFS, stated, "We are pleased to report\n that our sales of engine control systems were up by 93% in the first\n quarter of 2011 versus the same period of 2010, from $298,000 to\n $575,000. These sales were primarily for use in light commercial\n vehicles being manufactured in India and Thailand. Sales of natural gas\n fuel injectors, which are used by several customers in the same\n vehicles as our engine controllers, increased by 80% in the same\n period, from $74,000 in Q1 of 2010 to $133,000 in Q1 of 2011. Sales of\n natural gas pressure regulators, which are primarily used for spare\n parts in previously manufactured vehicles, decreased from $94,000 to\n $68,000 in the three months ended March 31, 2011.
