Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC 20 May 2004 Knowledge Technology Solutions Plc Statement re: Possible Placing Following recent press comment, Knowledge Technology Solution PLC ('the Company') is required under the AIM Rules to announce that it is in the final stages of completing a fundraising of approximately £2 million via an institutional placing of new ordinary shares. The proceeds from such a placing will be used to: - Accelerate the roll-out of MarketTerminalTM, the international live financial news and data service, which has been launched today; and - Strengthen the Company's working capital position.
