Dresdner RCM Global Investors (UK) Limited has subscribed for 4.15 million new Ordinary Shares which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue. *KTS has invested heavily over the past two years in the development of MarketTerminal, the company's ASP-based interactive financial information system aimed at market professionals. The proceeds of the placing will primarily be used for working capital, in particular for further development of MarketTerminal, the strengthening of the support infrastructure and the creation of a new Head of Sales & Marketing role.
