The new Ordinary Shares are being issued subsequent to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares at a price of 17.5p by Richard Last, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and Michael Levy, Finance Director of the Company.\n \n\n\n\n\nDirector\n\n\nOrdinary Shares held prior to exercise\n\n\nOptions over Ordinary Shares exercised\n\n\nOrdinary Shares held on Admission\n\n\nPercentage of issued share capital held on Admission\n\n\n\n\nRichard Last\n\n\n1,596,421\n\n\n95,238\n\n\n1,691,659\n\n\n13.2%\n\n\n\n\nMichael Levy\n\n\n50,295\n\n\n79,365\n\n\n129,660\n\n\n1.0%\n\n\n\n\n \n \nIt is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 18 October 2017. On Admission the Company's issued share capital will comprise 12,802,994 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 12,802,994.
