[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0804Z Arcontech Group PLC 09 March 2017 \n\n \n \nARCONTECH GROUP PLC\n \n(\"Arcontech\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nGrant of Options / Director Shareholding\n \nArcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announces that Matthew Jeffs, CEO of the Company, was granted 127,516 options over ordinary shares in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") on 23 December 2016 at an exercise price of 12.5 pence, which, due to an administrative oversight was not announced at the relevant time.\n \nThe options have been granted as part of Mr. Jeffs original, pre-agreed, remuneration package at the time of his appointment on 23 April 2013, when he was eligible to be awarded a total of 367,516 options at the prevailing market price at the time, being 12.5 pence per share. The outstanding balance of share options, which have been awarded on the same pre- agreed terms, will vest and may be exercised between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2021 and were subject to certain performance criteria being met.
