The Company has no current plans to do a reverse stock split.

Effective after market close yesterday, Chief Executive Officer, Raul Santos, officially retired Seventy Million (70,000,000.) of his Restricted Common shares, leaving him with 450,000,000. Restricted shares of company common stock. 

As of today, the common share structure is:

            O/S = 1,013,267,854.

            A/S = 1,300,000,000.

            Float = 463,270,652.
