PEMBROKE, Bermuda, January 22, 2026--Arch Capital Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACGL) ("Arch" or the "Company") today announced John Vollaro, a long-serving and valued member of the Board of Directors, has informed the Board he will not stand for reelection at the Company’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders. He will serve the remainder of his term, which ends on May 5, 2026.
