[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n River Diamonds PLC\n11 October 2007\n\n\n\n River Diamonds plc\n\n ('River Diamonds' or the 'Company')\n\n Significant Shareholdings\n\nThe Company was informed on 11 October 2007 that Templar Minerals ltd holds\n270,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company representing 24.8% of the\nCompany's issued share capital. 250,000,000 of these shares were issued to\nTemplar Minerals ltd via the recent placing, and a further 20,000,000 were\nacquired between the 5 and 9 October 2007.\n\nFollowing the placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of\n1,088,622,055 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right per share.\n\nIn addition, the Company was informed on 5 October 2007 that as a result of the\nplacing Globersel Multi Asset Class Fund now holds 4.75 % of the Company's\nissued share capital.
