Arc Minerals Limited announced a significant management change with the appointment of Rémy Welschinger as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2, 2026, succeeding Nick von Schirnding who will transition to Non-executive Chairman. Rémy, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company will take up the role of Executive Director and CEO with effect from 2 January 2026. Nick von Schirnding, current Executive Chairman will transition to becoming Non-executive Chairman of the Company, from the same date thereby ensuring an orderly handover process.\n \nRémy is President of Viridian Lithium SAS, an industrial company based in France.
