[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nArc Minerals Ltd\n(\"Arc\" or the \"Company\")\nInvestor Call, Appointment of Joint Broker, and TVR\nArc Minerals Ltd (LSE: ARCM), an exploration company forging partnerships to discover and develop Tier 1 copper deposits, is pleased to make the following updates:\nInvestor Call\nArc announces that an investor call will be held via Investor Meet Company at 12:00 BST on Thursday, 2 May 2024 which will be presented by Nick von Schirnding (Executive Chairman) and Vassilios Carellas (Chief Operating Officer) to provide an update on the Company's upcoming drilling programmes in Botswana and Zambia (further details provided below).\n \nAppointment of Joint Broker\nArc also announces the appointment of Shard Capital Partners LLP as Joint Corporate Broker, alongside the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker, W H Ireland Limited, with effect from 1 May 2024 to help broaden investor interest and provide additional research coverage.\n \nShare Buyback and associated cancellation of ordinary shares\nFollowing the successful completion of the off-market share buyback of 22,539,746 ordinary shares of no par value each from Sveriges Lärare (formerly Lärarnas Riksförbund) (the \"BuyBack Shares\"), as first announced on 26 March 2024, the Company confirms that the Buyback Shares have now been cancelled.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nAs announced on 8 April 2024, following the cancellation of the Buyback Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company in issue is 1,446,014,263 with associated voting rights with no ordinary shares held in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's share capital pursuant to the Company's articles of association.\nAs a result of the cancellation of the Buyback Shares, each shareholders' percentage shareholding has increased and accordingly, each shareholder should ensure that they comply with their obligations under Article 24.1 of the Company's Articles of Association (which can be found on the Company's website at https://www.arcminerals.com) to disclose interests in the total voting rights of the C...
