The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 24 February 2011.\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 2,315,679,020 Ordinary shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
