The Financial Statements should be read in conjunction with the 2020 Annual Report which contains the notes to the Financial Statements.\n The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") of the Company will be held at 2nd Floor, 180 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9HF at 11:00 am GMT on 5 November 2020.
