[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n4 May 2023\n \n \nArbuthnot Banking Group plc\n \nResult of General Meeting\nand\nTotal Voting Rights\n \nResult of General Meeting\nFurther to its announcement on 14 April 2023 (\"Announcement\"), the Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group plc (\"Arbuthnot\" or the \"Group\") is pleased to announce that each of the Resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. \n \nApplications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and AQSE for 1,297,297 new ordinary voting shares of £0.01 (1 penny) each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM and AQSE (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will take place and dealings will commence in the New Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 5 May 2023.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached in the capital of the Company will be 16,576,619, of which 390,274 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 16,186,345 upon Admission, and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \nThis announcement should be read in conjunction with the announcement by the Company on 14 April 2023 and the full text of the Company's circular dated 18 April 2023 (\"Circular\"), copies of which are available on the Company's website at www.arbuth...
