Change to Sole Corporate Broker

The Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("Arbuthnot" or the "Group") announces that Shore Capital will now act as the Group's sole Corporate Broker. Grant Thornton UK LLP continues to act as Arbuthnot's Nominated Adviser and AQSE Exchange Corporate Adviser.
