[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2568V Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC 14 April 2016 \n\n \n \n14 April 2016\n \nARBUTHNOT BANKING GROUP PLC\nBOARD CHANGES\n \nArbuthnot Banking Group PLC (\"Arbuthnot\", \"the Group\" or \"ABG\") is pleased to announce that Ian Arthur Henderson will be joining the ABG Board from 6 May 2016 and will take up the role of Chief Executive at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited with immediate effect.\nAt the same time the Group is pleased to announce the appointment of James Fleming as Vice-Chairman of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited and he will take up this role with immediate effect. He will stand down as a director of Arbuthnot Banking Group and will continue on the Arbuthnot Latham Board.\nIan, aged 55, joins Arbuthnot Latham from Secure Trust Bank PLC where he held the position of Head of Strategic Business Development and Chief Executive Officer of Personal Lending and Mortgages. Prior to this he was Chief Executive Officer of Kensington Group Ltd and previously the CEO of Shawbrook Bank and he has also held senior executive roles in Barclays and RBS. \nCommenting on the Board changes, Sir Henry Angest, Chairman & Chief Executive of Arbuthnot Banking Group, said:\n\"Arbuthnot Latham has grown significantly.
