Jayne Almond and Lord Sassoon will also join Angela Knight on the board of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited, the Company's banking subsidiary, as independent non-executive directors from that date.\n \nSir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company commented:\n \n\"I am delighted to welcome Jayne Almond, Angela Knight and Lord Sassoon to the Board of the Company. Each has a wealth of experience in financial services which will be of great value as the business continues to grow over the coming years.\"\n \nJayne Doreen Almond, also known as Jayne Hale (married name), aged 65, is a highly experienced professional in the banking, mortgages and financial services arenas, with past and present appointments as Chairman, Chief Executive and NED in a wide range of organisations.
