This is in addition to his current responsibilities as Group Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development. Andrew has been on the Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group since 8 March 2004 and has played a key role in the development of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited. The Board believes Andrew is well placed to continue the growth of the business.\n \nAndrew will be supported by two Deputy Chief Executives, James Cobb, Group Finance Director, who will now take on this additional responsibility and has been with the Group since October 2008 and Stephen Fletcher who joined Arbuthnot Latham in September 2015 and has successfully established the Bank's Commercial Banking business.\n \nSir Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC said, \"The Group's business is now focused on one principal subsidiary and we count ourselves lucky in having in Andrew an Executive of such experience and quality to take on the role of Arbuthnot Latham's new Chief Executive Officer.
