Purchase of Ordinary Shares for Treasury

 

The Company announces that on 11 October 2023, it purchased for holding in treasury 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 cent each at a price of 81 cents per share, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 14 June 2023.


Following this transaction, the Company has 30,103,575 ordinary shares held in treasury and 378,122,130 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 408,225,705.


The shares in circulation (378,122,130) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
