TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS.

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Aquila European Renewables plc (the "Company") notifies the market of the following:

On 31 October 2023, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 408,225,705 Ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.01, of that amount 30,103,575 Ordinary shares were held in Treasury and 378,122,130 Ordinary shares were in circulation.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,122,130 ('the Figure').

The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
