The Company today announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") which will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AF on 19 June 2025 at 1:00pm (the "AGM").
