[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 8 November 2022\n \n \n \n Aquila European Renewables plc\n \n \n \n (Previously Aquila European Renewables Income Fund plc)\n \n \n \n \n Change of Name and Change of AIFM's Name\n \n \n \n \n Change of Company Name\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n On 31 October 2022 the Board of Aquila European Renewables plc (the \"Company\") announced that the Board had resolved to change the registered name of the Company to \"Aquila European Renewables plc\" in order to\n maximise the appeal of the Company across a broader range of investors and other stakeholders.\n The Registrar of Companies has recently issued a replacement certificate of incorporation and accordingly, the change of name is now in effect.\n \n \n \n \nAs previously announced,\n the trading symbols ( \"TIDM\") and ISIN code for the Company's ordinary shares listed on the London Stock Exchange will remain unchanged.\n \n \n \n \n \n EUR TIDM: AERI\n \n \n GBP TIDM: AERS\n \n \n ISIN: GB00BK6RLF66\n \n \n New share certificates are not being issued in respect of existing shares held in certificated form, so shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid. \n \n \n \n Change of Alternative Investment Fund Manager's Name\n \n \n \n The Company also announces that the name of the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager (\"AIFM\") changed from Sanne Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited to FundRock Management Company (Guernsey) Limited with immediate effect.
