[{"type":"text","content":"Montreal, June 19, 2013\n\n \n\n \n\nFROM AQUAGOLD\nINTERNATIONAL INC.\n\n \n\nThere has been no news\nfrom the Company lately and the investors are questioning our whereabouts. \n\n \n\nHere is a release from\nthe President:\n\n \n\n?Aquagold International\nInc. is actually working on three different but exiting projects.\n\n \n\nThe first one concerns\nour water business: For a few months now we have had an order for bottle water\nfrom an international company; the volume requested is so important that we\ncannot fill it at this time.\n\n \n\nTherefore we have started\ndiscussions with a VERY important bottling company either to buy it outright or\nto take a share in it so that we could proceed with the order ? The point is\nthat they will not deal with us unless we have an understanding along these\nlines. Aquagold International Inc. has now secured proper financing and is\nhappy to announce that we are close to a deal and that we are in the process of\nsigning a protocol of understanding with that company.\n\n \n\nWe are not prepared to\ntalk about the other two since they are only in their preliminaries; but we will\nfollow up on this news as it develops.\n\n \n\n \n\nThe information in this\npress release may involve guidance, expectations, beliefs, plans, intentions or\nstrategies regarding the future.
