The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SAD and MAD of ALS-4 administered orally to healthy subjects. The secondary objective is to assess the pharmacokinetic profile of SAD and MAD of ALS-4 administered orally to healthy subjects.\n\nAbout ALS-4\n\nAs part of Aptorum Group’s Acticule infectious disease platform, ALS-4 is a novel orally administered first-in-class small molecule that was developed based on an anti-virulence approach targeting Staphylococcus aureus including MRSA.
