The Shareholder Circular also contains a notice of a General Meeting of the Microgen shareholders to be held at Old Change House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC3V 4BJ on 18 November 2013 at 9:00 a.m. \n \nCopies of the Shareholder Circular will be available on Microgen's website www.microgen.com, for inspection during normal business hours at the registered office of Microgen and at the London office of the Company's solicitors, 8 Clifford Street, London W1S 2LQ. A copy of the Shareholder Circular will also be available at the venue of the General Meeting for at least 15 minutes before the General Meeting commences and for the duration of the meeting.
