Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Further to the publication on 21 March 2024 of the Aptitude Software Group plc (the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it has made the following documents available to shareholders:

The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at 8^th Floor, 138 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6BJ at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 14 May 2024.
