Grant of awards under the Aptitude 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
The Company announces that on 29 April 2024 awards in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted under the DBP by the Remuneration Committee to the following Directors.
