Update on licensing and development progress

Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA) announced multiple licensing opportunities and development progress. The company has received initial sales forecasts for its first commercial enzyme inhibitor, projected to cover approximately 15% of annual overhead via passive income over three years, with commercial sales anticipated before year-end. Licensing discussions are ongoing with a second partner, and a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) was signed with a third, positioning the company for a potential third license. A second enzyme inhibitor project has reached the final development stage. Furthermore, a top-five pharmaceutical partner provided positive feedback on an Optimer® evaluation, resulting in repeat orders to support a clinical drug development program. These licensing agreements could generate hundreds of thousands of pounds in revenue. Disclaimer*
