Tulsa, OK, – September 21, 2016 – AppSwarm, Inc. (OTCPink: SWRM) has been made aware of and disavows any association with an awareness campaign purportedly ran at the company’s request. AppSwarm, Inc. has had no contact with any company nor any of its purported employees. 

AppSwarm, Inc. has not and has no intention of hiring or paying any firm to create an awareness campaign. 

We will continue to seek business opportunities by conventional methods!

While it appears the campaign has ceased, if another one is detected the company intends to take all legal means to prosecute the perpetrators. Please contact us before investing in our common stock from any unsolicited source. Shareholders assistance is always welcomed.
