Albert (Al) Mondor as a new Director for\nInsta-Rent.\n\n\nMr. Mondor is a chartered accountant and a certified member of the\nInstitute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Mondor is currently a Vice President at\nSumex Inc., a capital and financing solutions business, prior to which he was\nthe Office Managing Partner of Grant Thornton LLP's Edmonton practice and one\nof its senior audit partners. Mr. Mondor will assume the position of chair of\nthe audit committee for the Company and is independent from Insta-Rent\npursuant to applicable securities laws.\n\n\nMr. Mondor will replace Terry Freeman, who resigned in order to dedicate\nhis time to his principle business activities.\n\n\nMr. Gordon Reykdal, Chairman of Insta-Rent commented, "We are very\npleased to welcome Mr. Mondor to the Board of Directors.
