All matters submitted to shareholders for approval, as set out in the Company’s management information circular, were approved by a majority of the votes cast, including: setting the number of directors at seven; electing all seven directors standing for election; re-appointing Davidson and Company LLP as auditors of the Company; and re-approving the Company’s Omnibus Incentive Plan.
