(OTC: ICBU)  Board\n of Directors is pleased to announce that the company has formed a\n partnership with Anything Technologies Media Inc., (OTC:EXMT) by\n acquiring 51% interest in R-Quest Hydroponics, Inc., developer of the\n environmental master controller for medical and recreational marijuana\n hydroponic gardens. The company paid 100 million common restricted\n shares to Anything Technologies Media Inc., for the acquisition and\n partnership because of the tremendous potential value of R-Quest\n Hydroponics Inc.
