(Pink Sheets: EXMT) today announced that the company has engaged legal counsel to get DTC Chill removed. The company became current with filing its financials this month and the next step is to comply with the DTC to have its Chill removed. This will bring more continuity and fluidity with the companies trading of its security. The company has had many inquiries with regard to when the DTC chill will be removed and the company has responded by starting the process to comply with the DTC.   \n\nRichard Wilson President and CEO of the company stated, \"With the company's new contracts and partnerships made over the last quarter we feel it is important to comply with the regulators so we can go to the next level and become a fully reporting company. Complying with the DTC is at the top of the list.\"\n\nThe company recently formed  partnerships with IMD Companies Inc., (OTC:ICBU) by selling 51% interest in R-Quest Hydroponics, Inc., developer of the environmental master controller for medical and recreational marijuana hydroponic gardens. IMD Companies Inc., paid 100 million common restricted shares to Anything Technologies Media Inc., for the acquisition.  EXMT and ICBU also jointly acquired Green Linx Inc., and will split revenue on a 50/50 basis.
