The correction relates to the description of one of\nthe articles of the revised new articles of association which are proposed for\nadoption at the Annual General Meeting and the Class Meetings to be held on 14\nJune 2006.\n\n\nTwo copies of this letter have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and\nwill shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document\nViewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The\nNorth Colonnade, London E14 5HS.
