[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9203G\n Antofagasta PLC\n 01 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n NEWS RELEASE, 1\n \n \n APRIL 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n PUBLICATION OF 2021 ANNUAL REPORT,\n \n \n 2022 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND\n \n \n MINING DIVISION'S 2021 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT\n \n \n 2021 Annual Report and 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting\n Antofagasta plc (the \"Company\") has today posted its 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements and notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to shareholders.\n In compliance with LR 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the following documents to the Financial Conduct Authority by uploading them to the National Storage Mechanism:\n \n · 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements\n \n · Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n · Form of Proxy for Ordinary Shareholders for Annual General Meeting\n \n · Form of Proxy for Preference Shareholders for Annual General Meeting\n \n · \n Letter to Shareholders regarding Electronic Communications\n \n These documents will shortly be available for inspection in unedited full text at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n The above documents (except for the Forms of Proxy) are also available to view on the Company's website at www.antofagasta.co.uk.\n This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).\n Arrangements for 2022 Annual General Meeting\n The Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting at Church House Westminster, Dean's Yard, London SW1P 3NZ and electronically by live broadcast using the Lumi platform on 11 May 2022 at 2:00 pm.\n At the date of this announcement, shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM in person. It is currently anticipated that there will be no restrictions on social contact or meeting format at the time of the Annual General Meeting. However, the board continues to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation and may need to make changes to the arrangements relating to the Annual General Meeting.
