Result of the AGM

 

The Board announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed, including approval of the final dividend of 8.0p per ordinary share to be paid on 25 July 2025 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 11 July 2025 (ex-dividend date of 10 July 2025).
