It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 13 May 2013.\nIn accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Anpario's issued share capital subsequent to the issue of the above mentioned new Ordinary Shares is 19,849,050 Ordinary Shares. \nAnpario holds 97,042 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
