The Company was notified by Richard Edwards, Executive Vice-Chairman of Anpario, of the following change in the details of his other directorships:

Shareholders of Taylors Signs Ltd (a Republic of Ireland registered company), of which Mr Edwards is a non-executive director, resolved to put Taylor Signs into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 12 March 2012.
