[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nDirectorate change\n\nAnpario plc\n\n \n \n \n Anpario plc\n \n \n(“Anpario” or the “Company”)\n\n \n Directorate change\n \n \nAnpario, the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Robinson as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 11 January 2021.\n\n \nMatthew Robinson has spent much of his career working with and advising growth companies and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of AIM listed Goldplat plc. Matthew started his career as a Chartered Accountant and was previously a Corporate Finance Director at finnCap and Panmure Gordon.\n\n \nPeter Lawrence, Chairman, said;\n\n \n“We are delighted Matthew will be joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director bringing significant regulatory and corporate governance experience as well as having a good understanding of the Company. Matthew’s appointment is part of a Board succession plan with additional updates expected in the run up to the next AGM in June. The company was a non-trading holding company for a South African development-stage technology company. Matthew Robinson was a director of Blue Lias Technologies plc until 14 June 2019.
