The options were exercised at a price of 44 pence per share.\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as is practicable. \n \nIn conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market that following the above allotment: \n \nThe Company's issued share capital consists of 20,363,711 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares').
