THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n \n 9 July 2020\n \n Angus Energy Plc\n (\"Angus Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Operations Update \n \n \n Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is updating the market on progress made on the Company's interests at Saltfleetby.\n \n \n \n \n \n Angus Energy Weald Basin No.3 Ltd, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a Gas Construction Agreement with National Grid regarding the works to be carried out on their property. Under this agreement, the National Grid has agreed to carry out the works required for the design and construction of National Grid Facilities at Theddlethorpe.
