THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n \n 1 April 2021\n \n Angus Energy Plc\n (\"Angus Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Issue of Equity & TVR\n \n \n Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that further to the resolutions approved at the Company's AGM held yesterday, it can now proceed to issue 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the further placing (the \"Placing Shares\") along with the Further Placing Warrants announced on 1 February 2021. Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 9 April 2021. The Placing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. \n \n \n \n \n Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company will have 931,502,269 Ordinary Shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
