The Company has also been informed that as of 17 March 2023, Kemexon Ltd have a total shareholding of 340,473,894 ordinary shares, representing a total interest of 9.91% in the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company has 3,434,101,882 Ordinary Shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote (the \"Enlarged Issued Share Capital\"), each share carrying the right to one vote.
